Matt's experience spans over 20 years as an Environmental Control and Radar liquid cooling systems mechanic on the F/A-18 Hornet in the United States Marine Corps, four years working with cabinet air conditioners for centrifuges in the oil field, four years as an HVAC tech/contractor, and three years of owning their own HVAC business.
Matt is detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of the HVAC industry. He is a firm believer in the old adage "Anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time". Matt enjoys helping others succeed in their job and passing on knowledge to the next generation of HVAC techs.
Bruce Taylor graduated from the Steamfitters/Pipefitters apprentice academy and holds an associates degree in Industrial Arts. He has taught various control and wiring classes at several trade schools in the past as well as having been a volunteer instructor for Dale Carnegie Institute.
He has worked on multiple commercial and industrial equipment projects in the United States as well as Japan and Mexico. Bruce owned his own air conditioning installation and service company for over 40 years and was one of the first Ruud dealers in Houston. Before selling his company, he specialized in the installation and service of comfort systems in various medical and commercial facilities.
Bruce is Century’s technical support person for on-site visits and teaches in-house training for commercial Ruud equipment . He is also the dealer service coordinator that works to solve issues between dealers and the factory as well as homeowners when needed.
Eujenio Rojo, or “Rojo” as we know him, served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years before honorably retiring. He was a curriculum developer and instructor for primary occupational skills, professional training development, and schooling of military personnel.
Soon after retirement, Rojo chose a new career path in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). He truly enjoyed the hands-on type of experience and decided to attend Texas State Technical College and received a degree in HVAC technology.
He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has several years of experience as an instructor and HVAC technician and looks forward to developing HVAC solutions and sharing his knowledge with others.
