Technical Service

Occasionally, even the best technician will run into a service problem that they just can’t solve. We want your experience with Century, Core and Major and with the equipment we sell, to be nothing but first rate. Our Technical Service Department is here to help you out! Before you pick up the phone to call, there are a few things we ask that you do first. Here are the "rules".

  1. The equipment must have been purchased from Century or Core.
  2. The technician must complete a job site trouble shooting form in its entirety. These forms are available for downloading and printing from our Information Gateway in the HVAC Equipment folder. Be sure to fill-in completely.
  3. Fax the completed forms to 281-530-8071, attention Technical Service Department. Be sure to include a cover sheet with your contact information including name, company name, phone, fax, and e-mail address.
